The whole job happens from the ground. The pole reaches upstairs and conservatory sides from the path, so nobody is leaning a ladder on your gutter, walking on your border or asking to come through the house to reach the back.
You do not need to be in. Side gate unlocked is enough, and if the gate is locked tell us and we will work round it.
