You will be dealing with Rich
One person answers the phone, quotes the job, turns up and does it. There is nobody to pass you on to, which is the point.
When you ring, Rich picks up. When the van pulls up outside, it is Rich again. You are not explaining your conservatory twice to two different people, and if something is not right you are telling the person who did it rather than an office that will pass it on.
He has five years in the cleaning industry behind him and is Level 1 qualified in Cleaning Principles, which matters to you mainly because it is the difference between someone who has learned the trade and someone who bought a pole last month. He is insured, so the ladder question does not arise and neither does the what if question.
It is a local family business working out of Long Eaton, and the round is built out of streets rather than adverts. Most of the customers on it heard about him from somebody two doors down.
About the name
Yes, it is deliberate. A window cleaner who cannot take a joke about panes is in the wrong trade. It is also the reason you will remember who to ring in six months when the windows have gone again, which is worth more than a name with the word Solutions in it.
What we will not tell you
You will not find a price list on this site, or a promise about how fast the phone gets answered, or a badge from a trade body. Those go on here when Rich has said them, and not before. Everything above is either from his own Google profile or from him.
Want your windows doing?
Ring Rich, tell him where you are and what sort of house it is, and he will tell you whether he can fit you on the round.
